Yes, each customer will have different requirements. Customers can provide relevant pictures or fill in relevant information. Our company will arrange for customer service staff to provide ordering solutions to serve you with all their hearts.

We can order gifts according to customer requirements, and design relevant templates for samples and large-scale production. Customers can click to contact us for contact.

In the product introduction, we usually list the minimum order volumes for each product. If the customer wants the quantity of the ordered gifts to be lower than the minimum order, we are also very happy to collect relevant information and return them as quickly as possible to meet the customer's ordering needs.

Generally speaking, the product's price list already includes the sampling fee. However, if the customer is not satisfied with the first-time product and needs to make the second sample, an additional fee will be charged according to the actual situation.

Usually, when the gift receives an order or product inquiry from the customer, it will respond on the same day or the next day and provide a quote. If the customer still does not receive a reply after two working days, it may be caused by: excessive product inquiry; excessive product inquiry; and the customer does not provide contact or email information.

The main difference between single-color printing and color printing is the different color quantity of ink used. Single-color printing usually uses only one color ink, while color printing requires the use of multiple color inks during the printing process to mix into the desired color. In this way, the cost of single-color printing is relatively lower. Color printing can present more color levels, higher scores of images, and more detailed transformation effects, but it is also cost higher.

Our shipping period will start from the date of receipt of the payment and the confirmation of the design file, which is usually around 3-4 weeks (the specific time varies depending on the product and the quantity of order).

If the product has obvious quality problems (not caused by human factors) or safety concerns, the customer can contact the customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods. The company will arrange for factory rebate or direct return.

According to our payment method, if the payment for goods is less than HK$5,000, you need to make the full payment. If the payment for goods is higher than HK$5,000, you need to pay a 50% deposit first and the balance upon delivery.

Usually, we send an electronic version of the invoice before we ship large quantities of goods. However, if a government agency or other specific unit requests an original invoice, we will wait for the full amount to be paid successfully and immediately send the original invoice to you.
